The school’s strategic directions provide a major focus and are supported by annual budgets, staffing and resources. School leaders take responsibility for managing eachstrategic direction and ensure that a “team approach” is taken in the implementation of relevant action plans.

Siteimprovement plans are reviewed each year. This annual review informs the development of action plans for the following year.
